In the services we provide;
* To provide fast, high quality, error-free, professional and reliable approaches to our customers within the framework of current legislation and ISO IEC 17025 standard, using national / international standards and methods or test methods specified by special conditions and based on customer satisfaction,
* To be responsible for the protection of confidential information and proprietary rights of customers by adhering to the principles of independence, honesty, impartiality and confidentiality, and to make a statement about ensuring confidentiality,
* To eliminate all factors that adversely affect the test and measurement results by effectively implementing the Quality Management System with the participation of all personnel,
* To find solutions by evaluating all kinds of complaints received by the laboratory, to increase customer satisfaction, to take the measures defined in the quality system when the test services do not comply with the conditions agreed with the customer,
* To set annual targets in accordance with the quality system and to carry out our activities in accordance with the targets and to continuously improve the effectiveness of service quality management and service quality,
* Determining the training needs of all personnel and realising the trainings. To ensure that they learn the quality policy, target and documents through trainings and work accordingly,
* To select and purchase the materials needed at the point of service and equipment required for the laboratory in order not to affect the quality of the experiment,
* Our basic principles are to increase the reliability of the results by ensuring the use of quality control tests, inter-laboratory comparison results, certified reference standards and substances to ensure the quality of the experimental results.
